JJ Ben-Joseph
JJ Ben-Joseph is a seasoned technology executive, venture investor, and thought leader whose career bridges biology, artificial intelligence, and national security. Over the past two decades, he has built a reputation for advancing high-impact technologies that not only drive scientific progress but also strengthen global security and resilience. His work spans from hands-on product development to strategic investment and policy advocacy, reflecting a rare combination of technical depth and geopolitical insight.
JJ began his career in the United States intelligence community, later joining In-Q-Tel—the venture capital firm created by the CIA and U.S. intelligence agencies—where he evaluated and supported frontier technologies for mission-critical applications. As a venture capitalist, he partnered with scientists, engineers, and entrepreneurs tackling some of the most difficult challenges at the nexus of security, computation, and the life sciences.
